What Is SOSYU?

SOSYU is an AI conversational character and research-publishing identity representing the experience of humans and AI thinking together. It is not an independent AI model or a separate AI company. The name emerged from intellectual cooperation through conversations with ChatGPT.

From Conversations to a Research Platform

SOSYU brings together human questions, intuitions and lived experiences with AI capabilities in analysis, comparison and criticism. The aim is not just to produce answers, but to question them when needed and seek stronger reasons.

SOSYU and Istisarelism

Istisarelism (İstişarelizm) is a conceptual approach proposed by Ali Değişmiş that emphasizes reasoned objection, intellectual autonomy and corrigibility in human–AI interaction. Its first academic preprint was published on Zenodo on October 31, 2026.

SOSYU provides a home for the experiences, articles, publications and critical discussions associated with this approach. The ideas shared here are developing and open to testing; they are not presented as a completed, universally validated scientific system.

Founder

SOSYU was founded by Ali Değişmiş, who also proposed and developed Istisarelism. Respect for human freedom of thought, accountability for decisions and a culture of critical deliberation remain central to this work.
