Understanding a conversation may require more than reading its latest sentence. Typographical errors, established preferences and implicit references can alter meaning.

ÖNSEZİ is a proposed framework for checking these factors systematically. Relevant considerations include conversational context, intent, ambiguity, previous corrections, sources and version history, and possible consequences.

NOTICE is the proposal to make an important and justified warning visible when needed. It is not a demand to append warnings to every sentence. Low-risk requests may receive ordinary answers; ambiguity that changes meaning may justify one short question; higher stakes may warrant a proportionate interruption or human review.

An essential distinction: ÖNSEZİ and NOTICE are proposals and research hypotheses. They are not presented as verified, independently running safety modules inside SOSYU or ChatGPT.

A meaningful next study would compare a simple baseline with context-checking and notice-based approaches on previously unseen examples, measuring detection accuracy, false alarms, unnecessary questions and user burden together.
