The DGS-Y1.0 conceptual preprint on Degismisism, a framework proposed by Ali Değişmiş, has been assigned a Zenodo DOI for its Turkish and English manuscripts.

THE CENTRAL RESEARCH QUESTION

Organized around “What justifies change?”, Degismisism argues that novelty alone is not evidence of progress. The paper distinguishes reasoned revision, justified retention and suspension of judgment as different responses to the evidence available for a knowledge claim.

The framework separates confidence updating from the final judgment decision and proposes a Justification Matrix to consider evidence quality, source reliability, competing explanations and potential methodological failures.

TWO LANGUAGES, ONE PUBLICATION

The Turkish Değişmişizm and English Degismisism files are language versions of the same research publication under one DOI, not two separate research works. The publication identifier DGS-Y1.0 is distinct from the earlier working draft DGS-T5.2.

ACADEMIC STATUS

This is a referenced conceptual preprint, not a report of completed experimental validation. A DOI identifies the record; it does not establish peer review, independent academic endorsement or superiority over other epistemological methods. The framework's additional practical value remains open to future assessment.
